Why we created the course:

Over the last number of years I have introduced small, gradual lifestyle changes that have transformed my life. I always wanted to change but I didn’t know where to start. I felt stuck. Yet another year passing by and nothing had changed. I felt like I was watching people around me evolve and grow but I didn’t know where to go or how to begin. My gut was telling me that I had more to give, I wanted to be healthy and happy, but something was holding me back. In 2017, I woke up. I started small. I began to listen to the little voice in my head that told me it was time. Time to start. Now, week after week I am asked the same questions.

Where do I begin?
How can I change?
How do I make myself a priority?

That is why I created this course. The Good Glow Wellness Programme is a collection of the techniques that have helped me improve my life drastically over the past 3 years.

It’s based around my pillars of self care, each as important and connected to the next. They are Mindset, Habits, Joy, Self Worth, Nourishment and Nature. Each of these pillars have enhanced my life and brought me to a place I always dreamed of.

I’ve teamed up with the top experts in psychology, nutrition and nature therapy to take us on this journey which will help us evolve in mind, body and spirit. This is a warm, positive experience that is full of ah ha moments. It will bring joy and contentment, help create healthy habits and inspire positive change. It is motivating, actionable and most importantly fun.

We all have the power to change, to grow and move forward & that journey can start now.

This is not a live course, it can be completed at your own pace over a week, a month, a year! It’s up to you.
