FAQ about The Good Glow Wellness Programme
When can I start The Good Glow Wellness Programme?
The Good Glow Wellness Programme is an online wellness course and is available now. You can complete the five modules in your own time.
Is this a live course?
No, you can do this course at your own pace. All the content will be available to you so you can choose to complete the course over a day, a week, a year! It’s up to you.
What can I expect?
There are five modules in The Good Glow Wellness Programme. I designed this programme around my pillars of self-care. They are Mindset and Habits, Joy, Self Worth, Nourishment and Nature. Each module has a presentation, a Q&A with Georgie, a quiz, additional learnings, practical work and there are meditations and visualisations dotted throughout the course. I’ve written about the journey to The Good Glow Wellness Programme in more detail, which you can read HERE.
Is there much reading involved?
No. The content is presented to you in video format and is available as audio files too. If you need to get away from your computer at the end of the day and would prefer to listen to the course while gardening or walking, you can.

Mindset and Habits – Allison Keating
Habits are hard, but understanding how to create new habits and having the right mindset is the key to positive change. This is a step-by-step guide and includes detailed benefits of gratitude, journaling and meditation.
Self-Worth – Dr. Clare Kambamettu
Dr Clare Kambamettu will talk to us about self-worth and how we can place more emphasis on it. So what does self-worth look like? It can be a number of things including, volunteering for everything even when we are overwhelmed, being a perfectionist, feeling a lot of guilt or shame when we make a mistake or frequent battles with negative self talk. Dr. Clare will speak to us about how we can take steps today to build better self-worth.
Nourishment – Niamh Orbinski
Nutritionist Niamh Orbinski speaks about connecting with our intuition when it comes to nourishment and honouring our hunger. Nature – Sarah Hourigan
Nature Therapy Practitioner Sarah Hourigan outlines the scientifically proven benefits of spending time in nature, how we can develop our relationship with nature and how much is needed each week for it to be effective.
