Green Smoothie

I love this recipe when I am training or it’s also a great afternoon snack!

What you’ll need:

Handful of spinach

Frozen banana

Green apple

1/2 cup of Yoplait Skyr

Splash of apple juice



Mix it all together in a blender and enjoy!

You can also add your super greens or protein powder.
