Porridge Bread

Porridge bread 

I love this recipe, it is so delicious and so easy to make every single time.

What you’ll need:

500g of Yoplait Skyr (850g tub available in Aldi)

1 beaten egg

300g Porridge Oats

2 tsp bread soda

2 tbsp mixed or pumpkin seeds

½ tsp salt (optional)


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and stir well (keep some of the seeds for the top of the loaf).
  2. Place in a parchment lined loaf time.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining seeds on top.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven for 50 mins at 180 degrees C.
