We are so excited to present our first ever Run To You Running Retreat in St Ives, Cornwall from June 19-22, 2026.

Here are some FAQs about our event.

Who is the retreat for?

This weekend is for you if:

  • You love running but want it to feel meaningful again.

  • You crave movement in nature.

  • You want connection without pressure.

  • You’re ready for a challenge that’s supportive, not intense.

  • You want to feel clearer, lighter and more like yourself.

  • You want to be reminded of what you’re capable of.

What level of runner is this suitable for?

All levels are welcome. Whether you’re newer to running or more experienced, the weekend is designed to be supportive, not intimidating.

What if I’ve never run on trails before?

Run To You Running Retreats are the perfect introduction to trail running. These retreats are designed to take you on a journey over three days so you can feel immersed in nature. There is nothing quite like a coastal trail run, especially in St Ives.

Running beside the sea, hearing waves instead of traffic, feeling the breeze on your face, it’s a nervous system shifter. You breathe deeper and feel calmer and more connected.
Trail running is an experience you’ll never forget.

Will there be different pace groups?

Yes. There will be different pace groups so you never feel pressure or feel like you have to perform.

Can I walk parts of the long run?

Absolutely. Hiking or power walking can be part of the longer session if you wish.

How hilly is the route?

Nothing extreme. It’s challenging enough to feel rewarding, but not overwhelming.

What kind of terrain is it?

Beautiful coastal trails, a mix of coastal paths and scenic cliffside routes.

What shoes should I wear?

We’ll host a pre-trip online workshop to ensure you feel prepared and confident with everything you need for the weekend, including footwear guidance.

What does “Run To You” actually mean?

Run To You is a weekend of movement, nature, connection and joy. A chance to breathe deeper, feel more present, and rediscover your strength within. This retreat isn’t about fixing your life, it’s about returning to it. Run To You is an opportunity to breathe deeper, feel more present, and rediscover your strength within.

We’ll have:

  • Coastal trail runs

It’s about community, depth, connection and joy.

Is there downtime?

Yes. It’s important to us that this weekend doesn’t feel hectic or over-scheduled. There is space to rest, explore and simply be.

Do I have to join every activity?

No. This is your weekend. You’re free to opt in and out as you wish.

What if I come alone?

We think our solo travellers get the most out of our trips! See some of our feedback from previous trips:

‘There was such a genuine family feel throughout the entire experience. I felt cared for, supported, and truly seen. The atmosphere you created was so positive and uplifting, surrounded by like-minded, generous souls who shared guidance, encouragement, and kindness so freely. It was a beautiful reminder of the power of community and connection.’

‘I think I have laughed and hugged more this weekend than I have in about 10 years. I left with a nourished soul, a heart bursting with happiness and gratitude…and of course, lots of new friends.’
