This course was so much more than I expected, I thoroughly enjoyed it and found it so informative. At the end of each section there is additional reading / Ted talk recommendations which is great to go through in your own time.
What I loved about the course is you take it at your own pace and just pick up where you left off.

I throughly enjoyed this program and got so much out of it. Every module of the course was well thought out and went over and beyond what I was expecting. I signed up for this to invest in myself and I was not disappointed. I absolutely adored this course. I took a module at a time and one a week and worked my way through it. At the end of each module I ordered at least one of the books which were recommended. I have completed the course and am working my way through the additional reading. This course has been life changing for me and has given me the confidence to make positive changes in my life. I thoroughly enjoyed The Good Glow Wellness Programme! The course is very well designed in a modular format covering a variety of wellness topics. Each module contains Video talks with experts in the field of Wellness, Practicals, Q&A sessions and Learning Checks! There is additional content at the end of each module that includes recommended readings, podcasts and Ted Talks – very informative! I worked in the field of HR for many years in a multinational environment during which time I attended many HR training sessions and designed others – some were excellent, others could have been better!
