Terms and Conditions: New York Half Marathon 2026 Pre-Sale Top Up Payment

The accommodation type and standard specified in your booking New York Half Marathon and access to Good Glow Specific Half Marathon Content and Events (“GG Race Package”)

Terms and Conditions for Pre-Sale Event Passes

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of race entry passes as part of Team Good Glow Packages for the NYC Half 2026.

  1. Event Status and Announcements
    This event is organized and operated by a third party and may be subject to changes. The Good Glow reserves the right to update or modify event details at any time.

Please note that purchasing a pass guarantees your entry but does not guarantee that the final event details will be identical to those previously announced or anticipated.

  1. Refund Policy
    By completing your pre-sale deposit top-up, you are securing your guaranteed race entry. Please note that once your purchase is complete, your race entry is non-refundable.

The Good Glow reserves the right to cancel and refund any race entry, for any reason, up until February 1st, 2026.

If a refund is issued, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  1. Race Pass Allocation
    Race passes are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
  2. Ticket Validity and Transfer
    Passes are non-transferable without prior written approval from The Good Glow.
    Any resale or unauthorised transfer of passes may result in cancellation without refund.
  3. Event Changes and Cancellation
    The Good Glow reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel this event at its sole discretion. In the case of event cancellation after September 9th 2026, The Good Glow will communicate directly with pass holders regarding refund policies at that time.
  4. Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing a pass, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that you understand the refund policy and potential changes to the event details.
    The Good Glow reserves the right to amend these terms as necessary and will notify pass holders of any significant changes.

IMPORTANT: What is not included in your booking. This is not an exhaustive list.

    • Travel Insurance
    • Insurance cover for any of your possessions – including, but not limited to, any sports equipment you take with you on your GG Race Package.
    • Flights, baggage, meals and other travel.
    • Any flights, baggage, meals, rooms, or apartment supplements detailed in your individual tour itinerary
    • Any items listed as optional extras, such as excursions, which will be subject to the separate terms and conditions entered by you at the time of booking.
    • The cost of any required visas and passports.
    • Local tourist taxes
    • Cots and food for infants under 2 years of age.
